1 Corinthias 12:13 currently ends

and we all were given one spirit to drink. MEANING?

I'm guessing the "MEANING?" isn't meant to be part of the text.

Also, when talking in English about drinking a spirit, the audience might be inclined to think of a bottle of vodka, or something, which I'm sure isn't what was intended!

Finally, "we were all" seems more natural to me than "we all were", but either way round would be acceptable.
