Split from Freshports/freshports#613.

Criteria:

  • provide getsup (or variant, where appropriate)
  • add periodic script to invoke getsup
  • implement toggle to enable/disable periodic getsup invocation

I am setting up a public FreshPorts subversion server. That's the main thing I'm working on. Hopefully it should be ready by the end of the week.

The website is ready (IP4 only). Content and IPv6 next (not sure why that isn't getting through the firewall).

Ignoring IPv6 for now.

We have this working: https://svn.freshports.org

We want the periodic converted to git: see #3
