Hi,

Is there any way to upload files name containing Chinese characters and avoid renaming the file ?

upload file name: 工作总结模板.docx
name in display and storage: 72987971-92ed-47b9-a227-0a9931a53e40.docx

My Environments:
Flarum core 1.0.4
PHP version: 8.0.11
fof-upload: 1.0.5
