[Feature] Add Ability for Remote Sales

Currently, all transactions require initiation in person, particularly for purchases since they involve physical cash. However, sales can be conducted remotely, offering greater flexibility and convenience.

This feature would enable users to make a sale remotely and provide a voucher to the intended recipient. The seller can send the cryptocurrency to the BATM remotely, and the recipient can then withdraw the equivalent amount in paper money at the BATM using the voucher.

This practice is similar to traditional bank ATMs, which allow users to withdraw funds without a physical card. It serves as a payment method in paper money, eliminating the need to coordinate time and place for the transaction. The BATM's fixed location and wide availability make this a practical and efficient solution.
