Search.gov currently supports 58 different languages, using a mix of bing and . Jemison currently only supports English at this time. Postgres text indexing supports 28 languages, most notably missing ideographic languages such as chinese.

We can look at this story during planning. As written, the scope is too large for the next quarter/the pivot to a new infrastructure. We might scope it down to English and Spanish for the pivot, or think about how we're going to start with one language, and then design and implement a multi-lingual architecture.
