REMINDER
Due to the increase in problems with older versions of GNOME, v28 is the last version to support non-current GNOME releases. There will be no further releases supporting older versions and we will not be accepting bug reports for versions of GNOME prior to 3.34.

- Fix message window not opening for desktop contacts users (#660 first reported by @wargreen)
- Start RemoteDesktop session on-demand and timeout after 15s of inactivity (#671 first reported by @taaem)
- Fix service not starting automatically (#672 first reported by @mikelpr)
- Fix false positive for notification silent flag (#674/#675 reported and fixed by @ccat3z) 🏆
- Fix remote clipboard being incorrectly cleared on Wayland (#677 reported by @mnoukhov)

REMINDER
Due to the increase in problems with older versions of GNOME, v28 will be the last version to support non-current GNOME releases. Please see the Wiki for more information. It is unlikely that this release will fix any or all of the problems occurring in older desktops, so users should be prepared to downgrade GSConnect if necessary.

- Allow disabling notification forwarding when session is active (not idle/locked)
- Insert newline (

) in messaging entry with Shift+Return - Support clearing the remote clipboard when syncing
Other Notes
Although this release includes quite a few bug fixes, it also includes new features and settings. This release may have serious regressions not yet known. Thanks to all translators for their patience this cycle.

Other Notes
Although this release includes quite a few bug fixes, it also includes new features and major refactoring. This release may have serious regressions not yet known. Apologies to translators for being given no notice; new strings are still not finalized.
