Summary

To support #48 we would like to package CN/cerberus as a standalone binary (rather than the current development installation).
According to @dc-mak this should be fairly straightforward, as described here

TODO

  • Identify a performer who can package CN/cerberus as a standalone binary and update the CN/cerberus repo accordingly.
