I am testing the plugin and it looks great!

From what I see there is only "add label" functionality.
It would be great to implement "remove label" too.

Example:

Initially a PR consisted of 1 file in /docs/ and the label "doc" was added.
However, if we add a new commit where we remove the doc file and add a file in /image/, the plugin will not remove the "doc" label. It will only add the "image" label.
