Use this to collect deldbucks, similar to mirthbot. Eventually expand functionality with full featured shop and RPG elements

This will require saving state in some way so I should look into getting MongoDB working

!deld gives the user delds/deldcoins/deldbucks (once per day limit or turn into quasi crypto mining scheme?)
!donate allows users to donate delds to another user
!creditscore/deldscore gives the user their delder social credit score

Long term: incorporate shop and RPG elements and allow people to spend deldcoins on things
