Allow to edit metadata after resource creation

When a new resource is created, a user needs to perform multiple steps in order to edit its metadata (open resource, select the menu, etc).
It would be nice to have an "Edit metadata" button when the resource have been created, next to the "view resource" button.

Also, it should be possibile to make both buttons ("view" and "edit") optional via settings.
In this way, if an admin wants to enforce (or at least try to drive the user to) the metadata editing, the geonode instance may have the "view" button hidden and the "edit" button visibile, e.g.:
