Defer vtk install in docker

Context: make the cloud start faster
Idea: reduce the size of the docker to download so that Fargate can be healthy faster => what if, the docker does not have vtk at startup but downloads it later? Then the microservice is not fully working at the beginning but the app could be and could start importing data even if you cannot see them directly.
