An endpoint will allow for passing vector tile requests to the OS vector tiles API, and including an API key (not held in repository).

This can be developed using AWS API Gateway. This could be done manually in AWS but should be documented or scripted. Documentation to be held in README.

The endpoint should also be authenticated, with the API key being held in react secrets.
