Remove Mobile App Install Interstitials

Tired of websites hounding you to download their mobile app?

Want to just use a mobile website without being constantly pestered about their app's existence?

This filter list is for you!

Installation

First you need to install an adblocker extension on your mobile browser that supports filter lists. Currently only a few mobile browsers support this. Then reference this filter list in the settings.

Firefox Mobile

  1. Install Ublock Origin (or equivalent) from the Firefox Add-Ons website.
  2. Subscribe to the filter list.
  3. Enjoy!

Adblock Browser (Android)

  1. Download and install the browser from the app store
  2. Open the browser. Go to Settings -> Ad blocking -> More blocking options -> Add other filter list
  3. Type in or copy/paste this URL: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Giwayume/Remove-Mobile-App-Install-Interstitials/master/filters.txt
