Spec: A user can...

1. Sign in to Cemaritan using a test account,
2. Create a new intake and fill in all fields,
3. Open a previously saved intake to view or edit all fields including filling in previously empty fields,
4. Calculate the Acuity Score of the customer based on information gathered during the intake,
5. Download all data the user has access to into a CSV document,
6. Log Out of Cemaritan.

Notes:

1. At this time the intakes are an exact duplicate of the VI-SPDAT questions. The ability for account admins to add custom questions will be added in a later version,
2. The all components run in an AWS framework,
3. Only the test account works at this time. Email: [email protected] | Password: testing123testing. The ability to create accounts and invite users will be added in a later version,
4. ONLY DUMMY DATA SHOULD BE ENTERED INTO CEMARITAN V.1.0.

V.1.1

Projected Release Date: March 15

Spec: A user can, do everything in V.1.0 plus...

1. Create an account on Cemaritan, you are automatically give role:admin_user of any account you create
2. Access and view the account management dashboard in Cemaritan app if you have role:admin_user.
3. On the account management dashboard an admin may:

• add or remove the admin role from another user,
• add or remove another user from the account,
• see other Cemaritan accounts,
• set sharing preferences between your account and other Cemaritan accounts.

Notes:

1. At this time, the only sharing preferences are to check the box to allow electronic referrals between Cemaritan accounts.
2. ONLY DUMMY DATA SHOULD BE ENTERED INTO CEMARITAN V.1.1.

  • share all data,
  • share all data except DV and Youth data,
  • share all data except medical data,
  • electronic referrals only,
  • do not share data (default)

1. The database is now secured with best practice measures
2. On the account management dashboard an admin

• may set custom sharing preferences
• may add or remove custom questions from the intake form

V.1.5

Projected Release Date: July Spec: A user can, do everything in V.1.4 plus...

1. The database is now secured with best practice measures
2. The database is now HIPAA compliant

Notes:

1. At this time, the only sharing preferences are to check the box to allow electronic referrals between Cemaritan accounts.
