It would be nice to scrape the model path for the project number and project description. RegEx would need to be different for Revit Server vs file server models, but both should have this data. BIM 360/C4R won't have this info. This data can then be used to pre-filter a list of available models so when a new project is started an a project number is input, a filtered list of models can be made available for the pickings.

Note: the 2018 in your example is not indicative of the Revit version; that is the year the project was opened in the accounting system. Just making sure you pull the Revit year from another source.
