Passing the ellipse within read_csv(.x, skip=skip, ...) inserts NAs when combining csv files.

Is this with all files? For example if you read the lotek file twice would this happen or does it only happen when a large header is present?

A reproducible example would be nice (using the example data in /inst/extdat/).
