Parse species from DB manifest in v0

Species information is currently provided in the bundle manifests sent to `bundle_fqids_url` by the Data Browser team. Use this information to determine which species to generate matrices for if this parameter is supplied. If `bundle_fqids` is supplied, preserve the current behavior.
