Move analysis related codes from various scattered places to dcplib #782

Move the analysis agents, entities and test cases from:

  • dcp-diag
  • data-tracker
  • dcp-integration test suite

with refactoring and improvements.

Will need to make PRs to adapt to this change afterward in the above 3 repos.

This is for re-usability and better management of the code base.
