Background
IBM LSF RTM (Report, Track, and Monitor) is of high interest on IBM Cloud when running HPC workloads using "LSF of IBM Cloud" schematic, right now LSF RTM is time consuming to install, this reduces the time to bring online a full feature environment.

Requirements
Please provide an option to deploy LSF RTM in "LSF on IBM Cloud" schematic to include LSF RTM in the deployment.
