Background
IBM LSF Explorer is of high interest on IBM Cloud when running HPC workloads using "LSF of IBM Cloud" schematic, right now LSF Explorer is time consuming to install, this reduces the time to bring online a full feature environment.

Requirements
Please provide an option to deploy LSF Explorer in "LSF on IBM Cloud" schematic to include LSF Explorer in the deployment.
