Get standalone dev environment going within new standalone package
Delete old standalone app/
Document how the dev environment works
Check over every available setting
Document how it all works for consumers.
Update both top-level documentation + inat-components package too.

So basically document, document, document.

Then publish the new version already! Sheesh.
