checkdecls needs to be reenabled when lean4#6325 is merged #287

For reasons I don't understand (but many do), CI is currently failing because of

buzzard@buster:~/lean-projects/FLT$ leanblueprint checkdecls
uncaught exception: parser 'subscript' was not found
Command 'lake exe checkdecls blueprint/lean_decls' returned non-zero exit status 1.
buzzard@buster:~/lean-projects/FLT$

Apparently this will be fixed by leanprover/lean4#6325 . Until that's merged, I have temporarily disabled checkdecls in #273 .
