Hello @dhommen (fyi @kottradovetz, @Christoph-IDSA)

I've initiated a branch here to work on this issue. In that branch, two main things were done:

1. Removed the HTML, so that we can have all in markdown, if this is okay for you.
2. Also added a very basic table (under chapter 7). Could you please fill this table in so that we can complete this issue? Please feel free to change the titles and content on the table as you like, just wanted to give it a start.

👉 Also, i think the content on the readme is too long to be in a single page. This is quite hard to digest. But I'd suggest to keep it for later, let's first have the minimum viable content, then we can reorganize it easier.
