Description

주기적으로 검증하거나 실행하는 메서드에서 에러 로그를 계속 띄우면 보기 불편함
따라서 한 번만 띄우도록 함

mdns, monitor 프로세스 종료됐을 시
시스템 검증에 실패했을 시 - [FEAT] 시스템 검증 실패 시 복구하는 기능 #84 에 의해 취소됨
