Function to check for multiple resolutions/kernels

A function that iterates over a clip and spews out potentially wrong descales (either res or kernel if you're feeling lucky) would be nice. You don't always know whether a show is entirely one native resolution, so having a function that can reliably check this with minimal pushback is always a welcome addition.
