Deprecate descale_fields

As of this commit, descale_fields's become an official part of the vskernels' descale method, and as such there's little reason to keep this function around other than perhaps as a helper for those who don't know about descale's new behaviour. As such, it can be deprecated, perhaps with a helpful warning message printed telling people how to do it now.
