Front end Series Search and filter system Missing

We removed the search and filter system to work on all the other problems and need to add it back in now.

It looks like the messages default view has it, but the series does not. @tomfuller2

I've done some work on this but wondering @bcordis if you can take a look. I'm not doing it right, I think.
