Stream problem with Tapo C410

Hi everyone, I hope you can help me, I'm having trouble viewing the C410 camera stream HD or SD. I added the 410 exactly as I did with the C210 and C220. I see all the exposed entities of the C410 but when I click on the camera.c410_hd_stream or camera.c410_sd_stream entries for both the status is unavailable. The camera reaches the home network via wi-fi propagated with external access points tp-link. With the Tapo app I don't have problems viewing the live video. The camera transmits on average between 100 and 200 KB/s. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem and knows how to fix it? Thx, Andrea.
