Feature Request - Tech Transfer Transparency

possibly use the RealFuel info window to show the tech transfer that would occur. ideally, users would both see how much DU would transfer, as well as the variety of configs/engines that would or contribute (if more than one engine or config is capable of transferring DUs to this engine)
