Just a thought, but it seems that this would be an interesting feature.
Using KCT 'rush build' adds a quantified probability to the failure rate.
EX: You have 16 days to a Mars/Duna launch window. You use a crapton of kash to rush the build process. Everytime you click that button and additional % is added to the base failure rate of EACH fail-able part.
