Just a thought, but it seems that this would be an interesting feature.

Using KCT 'rush build' adds a quantified probability to the failure rate.
EX: You have 16 days to a Mars/Duna launch window. You use a crapton of kash to rush the build process. Everytime you click that button and additional % is added to the base failure rate of EACH fail-able part.

This has come up before, but in the past it simply wasn't doable as there was no way for TF to know that the player did in fact rush build using KCT.

However maybe that is now possible? I've been away from KSP so I can't really say.

Okay, I was just watching a youtuber who mentioned that he rush built his craft which when on to fail ... miserably ... during launch.
