This version totally made on vanilla javascript will not be deleted

Things you should be able to do:

Register yourself:

Choose your city and your starter pokemon (API based)

Set your language (API based + locally defined Portuguese)

Take a profile picture with your webcam if(age >= 18y)
In your profile:

Manage your pokemon in your box

Acess data about pokemon(pokedex) and berries

Look at your Card and a random pokemon card every time you log in

Delete your account
