it would be nice if bootstrap.py could check if http(s)?://<katello_fqdn>/pub/bootstrap.py is a newer version and download it.

I have implemented this in my infra, it's working great. Keeping operators from saving old bootstrap files locally hitting old bugs etc.
Oh and we use the reverse proxy (see separate RFE) to provide bootstrap, so it checks https://<capsule_fqdn>:8443/bootstrap.py obviously.
