Missing "layer" when printing packet.layers in another PC

Hi all,
I am running packet.layers in two different PCs for the same packet of a same file, and I am getting different results:
PC-1: [ETH Layer, IP Layer, UDP Layer, DATA Layer, NR-RRC Layer, NR-RRC Layer]
PC-2: [ETH Layer, IP Layer, UDP Layer, DATA Layer, NR-RRC Layer, NR-RRC Layer, NAS-5GS Layer]
I am expecting the results of PC-2.
Wireshark version is same in both PCs and additional lua file is also configured in both.
Kindly, help me with it.
