All my color lights are not available. Reverting to 2.1.1 and it is ok.

Same here as well. Lost control over all IKEA light bulbs after updating to 2.1.2-1. (Having said that, this occured only in HomeAssistant. I was still able to control those lights directly from the Z2M-UI.) Decided to revert to 2.1.1 and all was back to normal. Will wait for 2.1.2-2 or 2.1.3.

Thought I was going mad - all my IKEA bulbs are unresponsive in HA (but work fine in Z2M portal) and a couple of Hue devices too.

Rolling back to 2.1.1 for now.

Same issues here with Phillips hue lights. No control through home assistant or Google home but mqtt2zibee works. Oddly enough my one sonof zigbee smart plug is working. Restored from backup to 2.1.1 with no issues.

Sengled and Lonsonho bulbs here, 0 control from HA/Node Red, commands sent to groups don't even seem to appear in the logs. Didn't see anything concerning in the change notes so I'm a bit disappointed when this seems to be a huge issue.

Fixed with 2.1.3 thank you! One of the many reasons why I love open source. Phillips hue would have denied the issue for a year then take another 2 years to tell you buy the newer model.
