Hi, I tried to add a zigbee outdoor socket on my installation. When I want to pair my new device z2mqtt find it but is not supported.
I first wanted to try to add it by following the guide -> dev console ->… but I didn't succeed.
the guide suggests using the external converter. so the github of the external converter in the Ledvance folder, I find my products (ean 4058075729308) so I don't understand where the problem of unrecognized device comes from.
And also don’t know how to manually add this item
