How to clear device state ?

Hi ,
I noticed several of my RTCGQ11LM devices show a temperature and device_temperature since Jun 4th 2022.
Looks like that was related to Koenkk/zigbee-herdsman-converters#4275

The moment the device_temperature appeared the temperature value was stuck at 25C.
I don't see the temperature mentioned in the packets but it is part of the device state:

I tried removing the device and re-pairing but the temperature attribute remains.
I have also deleted the tree in mqtt so it's not a retained value.

Any idea how I can remove those temperatures from the state ?

I have disabled cache state:
cache_state: false
I have also disable mqtt retain and deleted all content from mqqt server.
But even when after I restarted Z2M those stale temperature attributes still appear.

Found the solution..
Stop z2m , remove data/state.json, restart z2m
