Proposal: Add 'Firmware' tab to device tabs

Hi there,

I have been having some issues with LeGrand OTA firmware upgrades, and have not been able to conclusively solve the problem. I am a pretty experienced software developer, and I think that that right solution is probably to add a 'Firmware' (or maybe 'OTA' for consistency, but I prefer 'Firmware') tab to the device tabs (e.g. About, Exposes etc). I would develop this in a few stages:

1. Read only, showing current known firmware version information, and including 'Check for Updates' button (that would work the same as existing OTA page button)
2. Same as (1), but when you hit 'Check for updates' the UI would update to show the latestVersion, fileVersion, fileUrl, whether an update was warranted, etc
3. Same as (2), but adding the ability to force an upgrade to the latest version known to z2m (probably with a scary warning)
4. Might not get this far, but same as (3), but adding the ability for expert users to specify a url, and then force upgrade to that file (probably with a lot of scary warnings and confirmations first)

Looking for thoughts on whether or not this is a good plan, and suggestions for alternative strategies. If any experienced z2m developers can give me hints about z2m modules that I should copy (or avoid copying) to achieve this functionality, that would also be good.
