Feed needs to be built out. This will presumably come after other sections are built.
Backend still needs to be built for this part of the website.

Details -

Notifications will be displayed in a full-width tile at the top.
Notifications will be bullet point list of clickables.
Divider, then "Events Near You"
Display nearby events based on current events. Weight by location, time, friends of friends etc. Fine tune for later releases.
