Impossible to change download directory

Brief summary

I can't change folder for download because give it error.

Steps to reproduce

Just go to setting > download > folder for download > custom download > pick folder anything you want

Issue still present, only backup option works with SD card.

This bug only present in A10, A13 doesn't have bug, but still not testing about backups.

Impossible to add custom local directories form SD card: "You have no access to this file or directorie" same issue for downloads, except for backups.
