Describe your suggested feature

Why aren't chapters named with just one number? Why are they named with two numbers? See an example of one of the chapters that I downloaded.

Chapter name might be non-unique in manga, so chapter number is added to the file name. Also looks like this source has a wrong chapter numeration order, can you please tell its name?
