There should be a way someone could tag their level (or have it tagged by another party) as a re-upload, and a way to filter out re-uploads/original levels.
As to how the levels could be tagged, there could be a few different ways going about it, maybe requiring re-uploads to have the text "Re-upload" or something similar to be included in either the description or title, which could be auto detected by the site when being uploaded to automatically give it a tag on the website.
As for already uploaded levels, there may be a way to cross-reference the archive to determine which levels match in either title or description, as it would be an impossible task to have the posters or moderators to give these levels the "Re-upload" tag.
This is useful to those looking for levels worthy of team picks to post as a suggestion, and benefits those who still do make levels by giving them recognition for their work put into the level.
I'm sure other tags for different things, like type of level (Platformer, movie, etc.) would also be useful for some people looking for a specific type of level, I personally just wished I could filter between original content and levels someone ripped from the archive.
Looking through the level list today showed me how saturated the server is with archive posts, it feels like 9 of every 10 levels are re-uploads.
