"VOL" knob doesn't change by the value the same amount as the mixer #7730

THIS SHOULD ONLY BE WORKED ON AFTER #7636 IS MERGED.

The "VOL" knob in the seems to change differently to the mixer (not changing by 1dB, 3dB or 0.1dB).

After PR 7636 is merged, the behavior between the two should be synchronized.
