Vectorscope button missing

Bug Summary

I discovered something missing on the vectorscope. Before there was 2 button and 1 rotate button, now the rotator is missing. Is there any reason to delete that one?

Expected Behaviour

i expected to using the rotator, but now it is nowhere.

Steps To Reproduce

maybe from the older version can be copy and paste it back again..thank you

Than sorry for that.. :( i liked that. Can you tell me what is the maximum framerate of this vectorsope? And is it possible to make a slider to setting the framerate?
