do all blue mage spells work?

i'm wondering if all blue spells work? i have quite a few that say "Name Cannot Cast This spell" when attempting some such as Goblin Rush, Waterbomb, etc.... i did use !addallspells command, i have them set and everything,

The spells 75+ do not, I don't think there is a spell above level 75 that works. Some are created in the spell_list.sql, but they don't have the the lua script for the modifiers. There are also several spells that are closer to 99 that are not even implemented yet in the sql at this time. You could create a custom script code for the spell, and look at BG/JP/ffxiclopedia wiki to get modifiers to at least build something until there is something LSB official. But that's unfortunately about it!
