dll files not recognized

Hi,

When importing the package, I keep receiving the error that the dll file is not found. I tried several Python version but can't find the root of the problem. Here is a screen shot attached that very clearly shows the files:

How to debug this?

Does it work if you put the files inside the library directory? That's what the library module asks for:

Regrettably I don't work with nanopositioners any more so I can't refer to my current setup to find out how I did it!
