When closing an app using gestures the new animation glitches

All the new animation glitches, suck in, fade in, or none

1. Open app
2. Close app using gesture

Expected behavior

Fluid and smooth animation without glitches

15.Dev.(# 2032) is the lawnchair version

Using the latest beta release (version 14 beta 3) here on A15 and can reproduce. Apps minimize in a stuttered fashion. After closing an app, the app icon is often but not always shown a second time in a seemingly random location on the home screen for a couple seconds.

The animations were somewhat glitchy with A14 but this is worse :(
