[BUG] tapping the screen while app closing animation is running makes the app icon stuck

Tapping the screen while the app closing animation is running makes the app icon stuck or stutter
Same issue as #4253

Some launchers doesn't do this, when i tap the screen while the app closing animation is running the screen just flickers, not make the app icon stuck

I understand that this is because of some limitations butcomparing a few millisecond flicker, than app icon being stuck, i'd rather have the flicker

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open an app
2. Close the app
3. Tap anywhere on the screen while the closing animation is running
4. See the bug

I just noticed right now that the bug is actually worst in this latest build, since the app icon automatically get stuck even tho i dont tap the screen while the closing animation is running

Compared to smart launcher 6

As you can see when i tap on the screen while the closing animation is running it just flickers, unlike lawnchair

I tried on Hyperion launcher, behaves like smart launcher6

But when tired on nova launcher the same issue occurred, when i select the system animation
