Fix existing ranks for 2025 and 2026 for new conference alignment

Once #82 is done, there will need to be updates to previously scraped information, notably for the schools that are new to the SEC and Big Ten.

This will involve text manipulation of the existing rank csv files.

For 2025, here is the information to update:
In the ranks directory, the files in the "players" directory, the "schools" directory, and the 2025ranks.csv file.
