Is Ledger Nano working with Bitcoin Regtest network? If so how the setup should look like? Does it need a separate Ledger App?

Regtest has different bech32 prefix than testnet & signet ('tb').

Stacks Testnet uses a hosted version of regtest as they moved away from testnet3.
