Sometimes I need to toggle the filter off-on-off to get it to stay off - otherwise it turns itself back on

Steps To Reproduce

1. Try to turn off the filter using either the toggle in the app, or the notification.
2. Observe it turning itself back on.
3. Repeat.

Expected behaviour:
The filter stays off once you turn it off.

Actual behaviour:
It often immediately turns back on.

Additional description/details (optional)
Workaround: Rapidly toggle it off, then on, then off again, and then it stays off, but I have no idea why. The toggle in the notification is unusable with this bug as you can't toggle it quickly enough to get the filter to stay off.

Device info:

• Red Moon version (under Red Moon settings): v3.5.0
• Android version (under Settings > About device): 11
• Device: Moto G8 Power
